3ahealth is a digital health SME specialized in the design and development of interoperable clinical information systems, AI-powered clinical decision support tools, and citizen-centered digital health services. R&D&I is deeply embedded in our company’s identity—our team includes five PhD holders and long-standing experience in European and national collaborative projects. Our mission is to translate research outcomes into real-world, plug-and-play Alasia Health modules serving hospitals, clinics, and citizens.

We are actively seeking partners for Horizon Europe consortia, with strong expertise in:

• AI for hospital transformation, clinical decision support, risk prediction, and workflow optimization

• Real-time physiological data processing, digital biomarkers, and wearable integration

• Interoperability & EHDS implementation, cross-border data exchange, IPS/FHIR/IHE frameworks

• Digital therapeutics & remote monitoring pipelines

• Clinical workflow automation in ICU, ED, oncology, and long-term care

Representative Projects:

• HOSPAITAL – Hospital Transformation through AI: Developed state-of-the-art AI models for ICU and ED, including early sepsis prediction (now piloted in Nicosia General ICU with real-time hospital data), ICU/ED admission probability, LOS prediction, and mortality prediction. • PROTECT – AI-assisted brachytherapy planning: 3ahealth leads real-time segmentation of the prostate region and intra-operative imaging workflows, integrated into the Alasia Health EHR. (https://protect-prostate.eu)

• VELES – Excellence Hub for Smart Health: Strengthening regional collaboration and early EHDS adoption. 3ahealth contributes cross-border health data interoperability and leads Cyprus’ dementia pilot, correlating stress and pain responses in VR scenarios with physiological signals from wearables. • Additional R&D involvement includes projects in precision medicine, oncology AI, postpartum health, and health system digitisation.
