As a certified Mental Fitness Coach, I help individuals and teams build sustainable mental resilience by developing three core mental muscles: intercepting self-sabotaging thoughts, activating the Sage mindset, and strengthening self-command.
Based on the Positive Intelligence® framework and backed by neuroscience, my coaching empowers clients to reduce stress, improve focus, and build healthier relationships — all while achieving more with less mental strain.
I offer interactive workshops, team coaching, and 6-week Mental Fitness programs designed for organizations that value psychological wellbeing as a path to long-term performance and fulfillment.
