Where I’m At – Peer Discussion Space for Work Pressure
About
Where I’m At is an online discussion space where ambitious professionals experiencing chronic work pressure can connect, share experiences and explore practical frameworks for Purpose Recalibration: Recognise, Reset, Reinvent.
What it offers:
• Structured conversation prompts around work patterns, energy management and professional boundaries
• Curated educational resources (public domain articles, research summaries) on work stress patterns
• Optional peer discussion groups (max 8–10 people) for sharing experiences and strategies
• Low-pressure access model: read-only option available
Clear boundaries: This is not a clinical, therapeutic or coaching service. Where I’m At provides no diagnosis, treatment, counselling, psychotherapy or individual advice of any kind. It does not substitute professional mental health care, medical treatment or workplace Employee Assistance Programmes.
Complement to existing offers: Many professionals already use formal healthcare, therapy or EAP alongside peer discussion spaces. Where I’m At can run parallel as a space for work‑focused conversations with others in similar roles.
2026 pilots: Flexible small‑group formats available for employers, professional networks or digital platforms who want to test structured peer discussion as an employee engagement layer (5–25 participants).
