AI-powered digital biomarker platform for clinical trial support.
About
Pilot Opportunity – Digital Cardiovascular Biomarkers for Clinical Research
arterioscope is offering pilot collaborations to biotech and pharmaceutical companies in the cardiovascular space to evaluate its AI-powered digital biomarker platform within clinical research and drug-development settings.
The platform enables extraction of biomarker-grade cardiovascular signals from standard ECG (and roadmap PPG) data to support advanced patient phenotyping, cohort enrichment, and longitudinal cardiovascular risk assessment in clinical trials. A primary focus is on heart-failure indications, including HFpEF, where scalable, phenotype-aware stratification remains a major challenge in early- and mid-stage development.
Pilot projects are designed to integrate into existing clinical trial workflows and can be used to:
-
explore cardiovascular risk patterns in trial populations
-
support patient stratification and enrichment strategies
-
generate exploratory digital endpoints for internal research and decision-making
Pilots are conducted in a research and validation context using retrospective or prospectively collected trial data and are tailored to the specific scientific and operational needs of each sponsor.
arterioscope is seeking partners interested in jointly validating digital cardiovascular biomarkers and shaping their application in next-generation cardiovascular drug development.
