Run a preventive-health pilot
About
Prevention fails at the last step — the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. Screenings get postponed, lab results go unactioned, and employer wellbeing benefits sit unused. The clinical advice exists; the follow-through doesn't.
What we offer - Dr Kiwi is a preventive-health engagement platform that turns scattered recommendations into a personalised, timed and trackable plan: a health intake, a 12-month preventive calendar, exam and lab-test reminders, results upload, personalised lifestyle guidance, an AI health mentor, and behavioural nudges (streaks, points, reminders) that move people from intention to completed action. We're inviting ACCEND partners to co-run a pilot in one of two tracks:
Track 1 — Employers (B2B). Move from a passive wellbeing benefit to measurable preventive engagement. Employees get a personalised preventive plan and ongoing nudges; you get adoption and engagement data instead of another unused perk — designed to reduce the drop-off between recommendation and follow-through.
Track 2 — Health providers & insurers (B2B2C). Clinics, primary-care networks and insurers deploy Dr Kiwi as a patient/member engagement layer that activates preventive journeys and keeps people engaged between visits — without adding clinical headcount. The provider stays the care provider and data controller; Dr Kiwi supplies the engagement, reminders and education around the care they already deliver.
How the pilot works.
-
Duration: a focused 3–6 month pilot with a defined cohort.
-
We provide: the platform, onboarding and content, personalised preventive plans, the engagement/reminder engine, and an engagement dashboard.
-
You provide: the cohort (employees, patients or members), co-branding, and distribution to your own base (we supply the communication content).
-
We measure: adoption, engagement and completion of preventive actions, and follow-through against KPIs agreed up front — low-risk and outcome-oriented, with a clear path from a successful pilot to an annual licence.
Ideal partners: employers and benefit providers; private clinics, primary-care and outpatient networks; insurers, brokers and health-benefit platforms; and testbed / Living Lab operators in healthcare and workplace wellbeing across Europe.
Let's talk — request a meeting to scope a cohort, the success KPI and a realistic start date.
